How much does it cost?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days free on up to 10 units, no card needed. Nothing is deleted when it ends.
Does it connect to Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com?
Yes, by calendar link (iCal). TraxKey reads your calendars to catch double bookings and plan turns. It never changes your listings or calendars on those sites.
Will the AI message my guests without me?
No. The AI drafts guest emails from your own instructions, and nothing reaches a guest until you approve it. Vendor and supplier follow-ups can be set to auto-send if you choose.
Is there a guidebook for my guests?
Yes. Every short-term unit gets a phone-friendly stay guide with check-in, Wi-Fi, house rules and local tips, plus extras guests can request and private feedback after the stay. It is included on every plan, including Lite. Already use another guidebook? Paste its link and the check-in email uses yours.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Direct bookings have a 0% booking fee from TraxKey. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe's normal card fees apply.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month, and you can export your properties, units, leases, vendors, invoices and orders as CSV at any time.
